This center has latitude of  25.55.35 N and its longitude is 86.47.49 E and is 41.70 metre highly situated above sea level. The railway station called as Duram Madhepura is 2.5 Km away from the center. This center is on NH 107 Purnea sahrasa road. This district has average annual rainfall of 1400 mm. June month is most warm month and average temperature in the month is 42 degree. And, January month is coolest month has the average temperature  of 5 degree. The Area of the district is 1788 /Sq. Km and Blocks ,village and family number may be 170447 and 21780.
